That's why I decided to launch my own business. I get to sell things I love to people who'll love them too. Everyone's happy.
I hand-pick items so that I'm selling gorgeous and unique products. As the shop grows, I'll start selling different types of items. New stuff will come along every now and then too. I have lots of ideas!
As with any type of business, there has to be some information on deliveries, returns etc. I've tried to keep it as simple as possible, but if you have any questions then please ask me.

Delivery
I don't believe you should pay a standard delivery charge when you're only ordering a scarf. So, my delivery costs will vary depending on what you're ordering. You'll also get a discount on postage when you order more than one item with me.
At the moment I'm not accepting orders from outside of the UK. This is something that might eventually happen and if it does I'll make sure everyone knows.
Delivery for the moment will usually be handled by Royal Mail. I will pop items into the post office as soon as possible after orders (same/next day if I can) to enable speedy posting. Royal Mail take 1-3 days for posting.
Larger items will be handled by Hermes. They can courier items to any part of the UK . This represents a saving on cost which I can pass on to you. Items will be marked in the descriptions if they are being sent by Hermes.
If you buy more than 1 item and any of them is set to go by courier I will bundle them all up and send them by Hermes. Their delivery timescale is 2-4 days.
Returns
I hand pick gorgeous items and hope you'll love them as much as I do, but there may be a time when you decide or need to return a purchase.

Terms and conditions apply. It usually means a whole load of jargon that takes a dictionary to understand. So, I'm keeping it simple. Please take a wee read at the information below. It is standard stuff but keeps everyone right.
Product Information
I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, I cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. I will note the description if the photo of an item can lead to confusion over the colour.
I will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. I reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
Ordering
Please make sure the e-mail address you provide to me is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order. All order confirmations are sent to that e-mail address.
Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this web site shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

1. Product details: While I try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this web site are correct and up to date, I cannot be held responsible for their accuracy. You must ensure that, prior to placing an order, you have checked all relevant details about the products you have selected as their relevant details may have changed since you last visited this online store.

Promotional Codes: From time to time I may have exclusive offers for my on-line customers, Only one code can be used per order even though during some periods I may have more than one offer running at a time. I may also on occasion have product lines, promotions or additional discounts in my parties/trade fair visits which are not available on the website.
3. All products displayed on this website are subject to availability. From time to time I may run out of stock of an item that is listed for sale.
4. All prices are inclusive of UK VAT (but do not include delivery charges which are listed seperately).
5. Your payment card or paypal account will be debited at time of purchase.
6. No statement on this online store site shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of a consumer which cannot be excluded or restricted by law.
